I typically use text or email for one-hour and 2-day VIP clients. For 5-day VIP clients, I use Slack for async updates and quick questions. For two day and week VIP clients we kick off with a video call to clarify priorities before starting and end with a Zoom call or video summary. You’ll always know what’s happening – without needing to micromanage.
Hourly sessions are one-time and don’t roll over. Two-Day and Week bookings are blocked out exclusively for your project. If you have ongoing needs, I’m happy to discuss a retainer or recurring support arrangement.
